Private EFT Sessions:
I offer a free consultation which includes a brief EFT session of
about 15-20 minutes to evaluate how EFT can help you. If you
choose to continue with EFT, the cost is €40 per hour. Most
sessions last for two hours, sometimes less.
EFT by telephone:
If you are not able to come to Cascina Rosso for EFT sessions, I am
able to conduct EFT sessions by telephone. If you would like to try
telephone work to resolve your particular problem, I offer a free 15-20
minute introductory EFT session. The following sessions are
charged at the normal rate as regular private sessions of €40 per
hour. Telephone sessions usually last one hour, sometimes they are
shorter.

chose this name because we are located in the gorgeous area of
Italy known as the Langa Astigiana and it also reflects our belief and
commitment to the importance of having a positive mental attitude in

Practitioners all over the world. They include medical doctors, psychiatrists,
psychologists and therapists who help their clients with EFT as well as
parents, grandparents, teachers, musicians and anyone else who simply cares
and wants to help their friends, families and themselves with the easy-to-learn,
natural techniques of EFT.
Classes are usually taught on the week-end. On request, we also schedule
classes during the week. The scheduled classes are in Italian; if your language
is English, contact me and we will schedule an English EFT class.

and wants to help their friends, families and themselves with the easy-to-learn,
natural techniques of EFT.
- EFT Level 1: A one day beginner's workshop from 9:00 am to 5:00pm.
You will learn how and why EFT works and learn how to apply its basic
techniques to yourself and others as well as achieve positive results from
EFT during this class. You will see video demonstrations of EFT in action,
being used to resolve a variety of problems such as fear, food cravings,
pain, etc., etc.
- EFT Level 2: A two day workshop. Participants must have completed
Level 1 with a qualified teacher. Some of the class contents include:
additional tapping points, additional techniques for resolving problems,
ways to find the core issues of problems and resolve them, the emotional
issues that might be creating physical problems, how to test results, how
to do EFT by telephone, group EFT, etc, etc.
- EFT Mini Classes: Throughout the year, we will have unscheduled three
hour classes for students who have completed Level 2, where we focus
on techniques for specific problems such as pain, fear, weigh-loss,
allergies as well as improving specific aspects of our lives: improving
financial abundance, having a better memory, better performance in
school, sports, etc., etc.
Classes are usually taught on the week-end. On request, we also schedule
classes during the week. The scheduled classes are in Italian; if your language
is English, contact me and we will schedule an English EFT class.

My Students Say....
I began to study EFT by taking a first level course with someone close to my
home, not with Judy because, at that time I did not know that Judy taught EFT!
However, when I began to use EFT with some of my clients, I realized that a lot
was missing. I needed more knowledge. I needed a deeper understanding of
EFT.
I soon learned that Judy is an EFT teacher and, after a brief telephone call to
her, she answered so many of my questions and EFT began to make more
sense to me. I made an appointment with Judy to attend her next Level Two
EFT class at Cascina Rosso. As the class began, she reviewed some of the
Basic EFT information from Level One and….the world opened itself to me!
When Judy teaches EFT, her classes are based completely on the teachings of
Gary Craig, without unnecessary embellishments
She has the heart of someone who truly believes in this technique and
achieves the highest results. She also gave our class the opportunity of her
simultaneous translation of some of Gary Craig’s original videos from English
into Italian. It was during Judy’s class that I gained a deep and correct
understanding of what EFT really is and how to use it for myself and others,
without doubts and uncertainty.
All of this was naturally conducted amid the harmony and positive feeling that
emanate from Cascina Rosso and the tranquility of its surroundings that are a
great help in a student’s concentration. I have studied many different
disciplines and attended many different classes to learn and refine everything
that I know, but I have to say that the human “frame” and energy of that place
is “magic”.
Therefore, an immense thank you to Judy and her husband, Adriano, for
creating that little corner of “nirvana”, of paradise.

this beautiful therapy. I have to say that after having two EFT sessions, I had
so much benefit that I wanted to learn EFT and so I began with Level One EFT.
The Level One EFT class was very useful for understanding and working with
EFT. I could easily understand the basics and the reasons why EFT works so
well. In the days and weeks after the class, I tried EFT with some people in
spite of my knowledge of it that was still so new and I saw, together with them,
the capacity and efficiency of this great resource.
Naturally, I decided to also do the second level of EFT with Judith who,
according to me, is special! She has a great gift: to know how to teach and
transmit everything with an infinite Love.
From Level 2, I learned more ways of helping people with EFT and how to
solve more delicate topics. Thus, I gained increasing confidence to work
within the context of an EFT session.
I also began to notice many positive changes in myself and such great
improvement in the people I gave EFT to that I became so impressed at the
enormous possibilities that EFT gives to us.
For myself, to have found EFT, is to really close a “magic circle” that puts
together my work with shiatsu, that I was already practicing and with Reiki,
which is also a gift in my life. I became an Usui Reiki Master under the expert
guidance of Judith’s husband Adriano. I have found that EFT is a very rapid
and powerful way to integrate those other disciplines to the benefit of my
