Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a highly successful and
very powerful way to become free from pain, allergies, fears,
cravings, unwanted habits, illness and emotional problems...as well
as many other problems. It is also used to make good things better;
for example, artists, musicians and other performers and athletes
have found EFT a valued help in improving their skills.
EFT was introduced to the world of natural healing in 1995 by a
Stanford University Engineer (California, USA), Gary Craig. Since
then, its techniques have been applied to people in many countries,
helping thousands.
With EFT, negative energy becomes "unblocked" by correctly
stimulating the subtle energies that circulate throughout the body.
Often called "acupuncture without needles" EFT uses the fingertips
to gently tap on specific points of the energy meridians while the
person with the problem is focused on the specific situation.
EFT is expanding throughout the world very rapidly; the reason is
clearly its high rate of success which can vary between 80 to 90
percent. Thousands of physical and mental problems have been
resolved and documented. Very often, EFT works in cases where
nothing else has worked, and without the use of medicine or drugs.
The resolution of the problem is usually quick and gentle.

usually works well and it often works where nothing else will.
