How does EFT work?
With EFT, negative energy becomes "unblocked" by correctly
stimulating the subtle energies that circulate throughout the
body. Often called "acupuncture without needles" EFT uses the
fingertips to gently tap on specific points of the energy
meridians while the person with the problem is focused on the
specific situation.
You can experience the benefits of EFT in a session with a
professional practitioner as well as learn to use it for yourself,
your family and friends as a wonderful do-it-yourself technique.

look at a short, seven minute film that shows EFT in action.

You will note that there are many EFT films on
www.YouTube.com. Some of them are valid, others are hoaxes
and do not represent authentic EFT. Please wait until you have
some factual information about EFT, such as you will find on
this web site and in my classes, until you view these other films!!
After you have seen the introductory film, there are others that
are also very interesting and informative. For example, in the
"Resources" section of this site, you will also find links to
additional EFT films, including a short film of EFT being used to
help military personnel who have returned from combat in
such places as Iraq and Afghanistan. These people, seriously
damaged by their war experiences, turn to EFT for effective
help.
Even though the "EFT & War" film is currently only available in
English, I am honored to translate it into Italian during my EFT
classes.
